The Bachelor's Molly Mesnick Threw the Cutest Minnie Mouse Birthday Party

We've seen more than a few Minnie Mouse-themed birthday parties, but nothing compares to the one former Bachelor couple Molly and Jason Mesnick just threw for the second birthday of their daughter, Riley. Believe it or not, it's been a year since Molly shared Riley's first birthday with us, and it's been well worth the wait.

Working with Jenny Cookies founder Jenny Keller (the two worked together for Molly's baby shower three years ago), the duo pulled off one of the sweetest, most sophisticated Minnie Mouse-themed birthday parties we've ever seen. As a self-proclaimed Disney fanatic, Jenny couldn't wait to tackle the theme and her love of Minnie came through in everything from the dessert table — think cookies, cupcakes, Rice Krispies Treats, and a sky-high cake all showing off Minnie's famous bows — to the crafts, including a necklace-beading station and a bow-designing table set up for the older guests. Molly's adorably crafted Minnie Mouse plates made for perfect table design.

Jenny turned to Harper Gray to create the adorable Minnie Mouse balloon invites.

A red polka-dot runner set the tone for the kids' table.

A plain black paper plate was easily transformed into Minnie Mouse with the addition of black circles for ears and red bows on top. And a downloadable coloring page added an activity for the kids at the table.

Paper straws, Minnie Mouse straws, and red daisy lids created fun drinking vessels for the kids.

Riley Mesnick was the picture-perfect Minnie Mouse birthday girl.

The party was thrown at a kids' gym, so there were plenty of seating options for kids and adults.

Guests were required to remove their shoes when they arrived at the space, so they were given Mickey or Minnie socks and a pair of ears to wear to get into the spirit.

The dessert table was a sight to see! Tissue pom-poms were used to create a huge Minnie Mouse silhouette.

The two-tiered red velvet cake was a Jenny Cookies' signature creation, capped off with a fondant Minnie Mouse topper.

Chocolate and white cupcakes were topped with buttercream and fondant Minnie ears.

Minnie Mouse cake pops were taken off the stick and placed in cupcake liners so they'd be easier for the kids to eat.

Check out how cute the Rice Krispies Treats turned out! Jenny used a bow mold and some sanding sugar to create them!

The kids made their own Minnie Mouse bows at "Riley’s Bowtique"!

And Jenny picked up some beads from Fizzy Pops so the kids could make their own necklaces.

A photo booth gave everyone — including the Mesnick family — an opportunity to show their Minnie Mouse spirit.

Jenny's signature cookies were a labor of love but were worth it. How cute!

Custom goody bags were created by Sweet Lily's Confections and included confetti, Minnie Mouse hair ties, and personalized labels from Mabel's Labels.
