The boys' mom, Kim Hefer, has been told she's the first woman in Britain to give birth to two sets of naturally conceived twin brothers with the same birthday. Twins Devon and Logan were born on July 18th, the birthday of their 4-year-old twin brothers, Tristan and Blake.
