The family of a 7-year-old boy is considering bringing a $250 million lawsuit against the New York Police Department after officers reportedly handcuffed the boy and "interrogated" him for 6 hours. The boy, Wilson Reyes, was originally arrested after being accused of swiping $5 from another student after school.

However, 9-year-old Seth Acevedo, a schoolmate, says Reyes is a serial bully and not an innocent victim of the police.
