Two separate kidnapping attempts that took place in Stone Mountain, GA this week were foiled — because the young girls who were targeted fought back.
Chyna Brown, 11, and her younger sister Brianna, 10, were attacked while walking with a friend near their home. Amazingly, they had the presence of mind to yell, scream, and struggle, and they were able to get away. And when a 9-year-old girl was attacked in the area ten days later, she was also able to escape her abductor by screaming and kicking.
Chyna Brown told reporters that she and her sister made as much noise as they could, "because my grandma always tells us, if someone hurts you, you should fight back."
Unfortunately, the kidnapper or kidnappers are still at large.
What have you told your kids to do if someone tries to hurt them?
