Picking a name for one child is hard enough, but expanding your brood means playing the name game a few more times. And it's not always easy. So whether you're just starting your family, expecting twins or triplets, or anticipating the arrival or your second (or third or fourth . . . ) little one, check out a few ideas for naming siblings that might just make the process a little bit easier.

Same Vintage
Parents are picking old-fashioned names for their children more and more, and one way to chose a sibling's name is to go with a name that comes from the same point in time when the name was popular. Examples include Willie, Arthur, Dolores, and Ruby (1920s). Or Christopher, Amy, Lisa, and James (1970s).

Same Number of Syllables
An easy way to make the names similar, but not too alike is to pick names with the same number of syllables such as Kate and Mike or William and Hudson. It's not too matchy-matchy, but they'll still go together well.

Same First Letter
Take a cue from the Duggars or Kardashians, and pick a letter, and then name all of your children with names that start with said letter.

Same Theme
Many parents opt to pick a theme for their children's names such as names of places, natural names, etc. Or heck, you can even get political: Rebel Wilson's siblings names are Ryot, Annachi, and Liberty. Other examples include April, June, and August.

Same Sound at the End (Rhyming)
Another idea is to go with names that all rhyme. Some examples include Jake and Blake, Jane and Tane, Anna and Hannah, Jayden and Cailyn, etc.

Wordplay Names
Wordplay names are especially popular for twins, but it's a fun way to name siblings. Examples include Cam and Mac, Heaven and Nevaeh, Alan and Nala, as well as Issac and Cassi.
