For Kristen Bell, a Vacation Is People Speaking in Full Sentences and Not Asking Her to Wipe Their Bums

For most celebrities, a talk show appearance is part of a day's work. But new second-time mom Kristen Bell, who has two girls under 2 at home (Lincoln is 22 months, and Delta is 7 weeks), said that her visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show felt like a vacation. "Everyone here speaks in full sentences, and no one's asked me to wipe their buns . . . yet," she quipped.

The House of Lies star went on to share her side of the childbirth experience, just a month after hubby Dax Shepard went into incredibly graphic detail on what it was like as a (supportive) bystander on Ellen's show. "As someone who has never experimented with drugs, I really enjoyed it. It was kind of a wonderful experience for me," Bell said of her C-section. "While they were doing it, I actually thought 'What else could we get done while they're down there? Maybe lengthen the shins?' I've always wanted to be like 5'7" — just anything to keep the epidural flowing."
