RECALL: Car Seat Recall

Child-safety-seat manufacturer Dorel Juvenile Group is recalling 1,737 Comfy Carry and OnBoard35 infant-safety rear-facing seats. The seats were sold without the seat base which is mandatory to meet federal safety standard requirements.

The affected models are: Comfy Carry: IC123FSM and OnBoard 35: IC124FSM.

Customers can call Dorel at (877) 416-8111 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or contact the company at infantlatchrecall@djgusa.com.

It's because it was sold without the base. That's all.

are these the same as the Saftey 1st onboard35 car seats? I still have my sons and was hoping to give it away or (even more hoping) to use it for a second child...
