• We know one girl who won't be pursuing an art career any time soon. After being caught doodling on her desk, one first-grader was forced to sit on the floor [5] for several weeks. The worst part — she kept it a secret from her parents because she didn't want to be punished even more.
• Having a daughter makes most men a little overprotective. Just like one Philadelphia father. After noticing a male customer checking out his daughter, the dad proceeded to punch him in the face [6].
• We've seen plenty of cool playgrounds, but this one takes the cake! Designer and architect David Rockwell has launched a line of playground sets [7] that allow children to build their own area of adventure and fun.
• One boy in Oregon has a huge mark on his driving record — and he's not even in kindergarten! While his babysitter was in the bathroom, the 3-year-old drove a Jeep into a nearby house [8]. Not knowing he had to leave his insurance information, the tot ran home to watch cartoons.
