Toyota's Newest Feature Lets Parents Yell at Kids Without Raising Their Voices

The days of shouting at your kids to quiet down in the back seat may soon be over. This week, Toyota is intriducing a new feature that allows parents to yell at their kids without having to raise their voices or turn around. Dubbed the "Driver Easy Speak," the device uses a built-in speaker to amplify an adult's voice throughout the car. If you're worried about your kids using it to talk back, don't! Only those with access to the dashboard can use the amplifier.

"Driver Easy Speak" can be added to vehicles equipped with Toyota's Entune premium audio system and will be an optional feature on Toyota's revamped 2015 Sienna. The updated minivan also includes a conversation mirror, which lets parents check on their kids without turning around — kind of like moms having eyes in the backs of their heads! Looks like we may have some car shopping to do. Source: Toyota
