New Release! A Gender-Revealing Film Bash For Baby

We've seen gender reveals using balloons, cakes, and even public ultrasounds, but this modern, black and white bash was the first time we've seen a video reveal! Mama Heather MacEachern of HRM Photography Inc. enlisted the help of Jenna Tregenza Parties to find a unique way to reveal the gender of her second child and came up with one fun film.

"We wanted to do something innovative and creative for Heather's gender-reveal party," Jenna says. "Heather is usually the one behind the camera, so I brought forward the idea of using film to capture the reveal. I knew that there would be no better way to celebrate the reveal, and it also offered Heather a means to share it with friends and family that scatter the globe. We wanted the film to be a central part of the event concept and knew that her sweet daughter, Iris, would play an integral part of that as well." Keep reading to check out the modern elements and big reveal of this baby shower, including the amazing video, shot by AV Artisan Productions, and find out whether Iris got the baby brother she wanted!

The dessert bar included an array of sweets, many of which were requested by mom-to-be Heather's oldest child, 4-year-old Iris. "The food and dessert bar topped my list of faves," Jenna says. "All of the desserts were organic and vegan."

"Heather loved that her 4-year-old daughter's ideas were woven into the event concept," Jenna says. "Iris requested gingerbread cookies, and so we decided that gingerbread babies wrapped up in pink and blue blankets would be fitting."
