The Prettiest Way to Get to the Hundred Acre Wood

When it comes to hosting a themed baby shower, there's a fine line between subtlety and taking the motif a bit too far (especially when the honoree's an adult!). We think that this absolutely elegant Winnie-the-Pooh shower by Lauryn Prattes of Table 6 Productions hit the nail on the head. Soft colors, dreamy watercolors, and a menu of bite-size comfort foods made this grown-up journey to the Hundred Acre Wood an especially memorable affair for mom-to-be Maggie and her lucky guests. Thoughtful details stand out more when they have room to breathe. Case in point, these soft, striped tablecloths that provide the perfect backdrop for the topiary bunny centerpieces, framed Winnie-the-Pooh quotes, and honey-jar favors. Photography by: Abby Jiu via 100 Layer Cakelet
